About the role#
As a Relationship Manager Intern, you will manage a portfolio of small business clients. You act as an ambassador for the bank, providing financial advice to help clients start, manage, and grow their enterprises. You will work alongside other advisors and specialists to deliver a high-quality experience for clients.
What you'll do#
- Acquire, grow, and deepen client relationships by delivering tailored financial advice.
- Proactively contact clients to gather insights, understand their needs, and monitor their satisfaction.
- Plan and prioritize market activities to identify new opportunities and connect clients with the right internal partners.
- Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures.
- Champion digital tools by advocating for mobile and online applications.
- Visit clients on-site to gain a firsthand understanding of their business objectives and operations.
What you'll need#
- Skills in business development, client acquisition, and prospecting within the local community.
- A proven track record in client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of credit, including risk assessments, financial analysis, and credit structuring.
- Understanding of a broad array of business and personal financial products.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
