About the role#
As a Manager, Credit Structures Intern, you will serve as a credit professional providing advice and solutions to Private Banking clients. You will manage credit relationships and connect clients with the right internal partners and capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high net worth clients.
- Conduct deep-discovery conversations to understand client credit needs.
- Analyze financial options and present credit solutions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive credit proposals for approval with required due diligence.
- Lead discussions regarding mortgage renewals and manage credit renewals to meet deadlines.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting for personal or business clients.
- A proven ability to analyze financial statements.
- Superior client relationship management skills.
- Education in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

- This role is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, at the RBC Waterside Centre.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- The role is paid and follows a rolling term.
