    About the role#

    This is a 4-month internship within the Group Risk Management department, specifically the Counterparty Credit Risk Exposure Monitoring group. You will report to the Director and support the team with portfolio analytics and reporting for derivatives. This position is full-time for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April.

    What you'll do#

    • Support portfolio analytics and reporting with a focus on derivatives.
    • Participate in risk reporting processes and handle ad-hoc projects to investigate specific trends or counterparties.
    • Assist in building and developing the data visualization tool used for team analysis and reporting.

    What you'll need#

    • Knowledge of market risk and derivative credit risk.
    • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and VBA programming.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • You must be returning to school after April 2027 or require this 4-month term as a mandatory graduation requirement.
    • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

    Location & details#

    • The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
    • Work arrangements include hybrid, on-site, and remote options, to be discussed with the hiring manager. You must be located in Ontario for the duration of the term.
