About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. This position focuses on your ability to solve problems and provide client-focused sales support. You will help clients with their everyday banking needs and collaborate with partners to ensure clients reach their financial goals. This is a full-time, paid internship role.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and the community to identify their banking needs.
- Provide education and demonstrations on digital banking tools to improve the client experience.
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with various financial transactions.
- Listen actively to client conversations to understand their individual requirements.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking issues for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to identify business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#

- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility and an eagerness to learn new skills.
- Experience in building rapport and maintaining relationships within the service or financial industry.
- Availability to work all business hours.
- Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
