About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the branch by helping clients with their daily banking needs. You will focus on creating positive interactions, solving problems, and connecting clients with the right specialists when necessary. This role is based in Pickering, Ontario, and offers the chance to gain experience in a professional banking environment.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients throughout the branch to uncover their banking needs.
- Assist with financial transactions and provide guidance on digital banking tools.
- Identify and act on sales and referral opportunities.
- Take ownership of resolving client issues and preventing future problems.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to support client goals.
What you'll need#
- A strong focus on putting clients first and experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively.
- Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
