About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on daily banking needs, client education, and problem-solving to help clients reach their goals. This role involves working directly with clients to provide advice and connect them with the right specialists when needed.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients throughout the branch to identify their banking needs and sales opportunities.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools to improve their experience.
- Handle client-initiated contact and assist with financial transactions.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking issues for clients.
- Collaborate with internal partners to manage business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#
- A strong focus on putting clients first and experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Ability to build relationships and solve problems.
- Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
- Experience in building rapport within the financial or service industry is an asset.
- Mutual Funds accreditation is considered a plus.

- This is a paid, part-time, on-site position.
