About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you serve as an ambassador inside our branches. You will focus on putting clients first, finding solutions to their needs, and championing the brand. This role is an opportunity to build a career path toward becoming an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch to provide an outstanding service experience.
- Complete transactions and identify opportunities for advice, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
- Educate clients on our digital capabilities and use technology to deliver a memorable experience.
- Listen for opportunities to offer advice, introduce clients to partners, or fulfill solutions yourself.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team.
- Manage risks by following compliance routines and processes to protect client and shareholder interests.
What you'll need#
- You are a goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
- Strong drive, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Personal flexibility to work flex hours.
- Eagerness to learn and a determination to succeed.
- Confidence in your ability to learn financial concepts.
- Willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
