About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on everyday banking needs and help clients reach their financial goals. This role requires a hands-on approach to client service, where you will provide advice, assist with transactions, and help clients navigate our digital banking tools.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and the community to identify their banking needs.
- Educate clients on how to use digital banking tools to improve their experience.
- Handle client-initiated contact and assist with a variety of financial transactions.
- Take ownership of client issues by resolving and preventing problems.
- Collaborate with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the skills to build relationships with people.
- Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility and an eagerness to learn in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work all business hours.
