    About the role#

    As a Financial Analyst within the Cards & Loyalty Performance Management team, you will work directly with finance professionals to support the credit card and loyalty business. This role focuses on financial reporting, forecasting, and project execution. You will gain exposure to how financial institutions operate and learn how to provide financial advisory support.

    What you'll do#

    • Handle month-end and quarter-end reporting tasks.
    • Support forecasting and planning activities.
    • Execute projects to improve, streamline, and automate existing processes.
    • Analyze credit card product profitability and improve reports by adding financial insights.
    • Participate in the review of new finance projects.
    • Review process mapping narratives to improve documentation.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • A strong background in financial analysis or accounting.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A self-motivated, independent, and solutions-driven mindset.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and database software.
    • A genuine interest in the financial services industry.
    • You must be returning to school after the work term or require this full term to graduate.

    • This position is based in Toronto, Ontario.
    • The role is on-site and full-time.
    • Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
