    About the role#

    As a Banking Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on helping clients with their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. This role requires a focus on client-centered sales and problem-solving to ensure every interaction adds value. You will collaborate with partners to help clients reach their financial goals.

    What you'll do#

    • Proactively engage with clients to uncover their banking needs and provide advice.
    • Educate clients on financial products and demonstrate how to use digital banking tools.
    • Respond to client requests to assist with financial transactions.
    • Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs.
    • Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
    • Build and maintain relationships with partners to identify new business opportunities.

    What you'll need#

    • Mutual Funds accreditation, such as the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
    • Proven success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
    • Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    • Availability to work all open business hours.
    • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
