About the role#
The Process Risk COE and Strategic Execution team works within the Enterprise Chief Control Office at RBC. This group focuses on standardizing risk management activities across business units. As an intern, you will support the team in developing and implementing process management disciplines to help the bank reduce risk and meet its strategic objectives.
What you'll do#
- Assist team members with building proposals and presentations to support program delivery.
- Conduct research and analysis on assigned topics and present your findings.
- Collaborate with the team to reach project goals.
- Participate in meetings and workshops, including taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Communicate with stakeholders to help clarify requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Accounting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented approach with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

- This is a full-time, 4-month internship running from January 2027 to April 2027.
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
