About the role#
This is a 4-month administrative internship within the Registrations team at RBC. You will work alongside Senior Registration Officers, Continuing Education Specialists, and the team manager to support daily operations. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with simple registration filings.
- Prepare documents as needed.
- Organize the Registrations storage drive.
- Track Continuing Education requirements.
- Handle special projects and other administrative duties.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Computer literacy for daily office tasks.
- A detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- You must be returning to school after April 2027 or require this work term to graduate in April 2027.
