About the role#
Join our team as an Instrumentation Intern for the Winter 2027 term. You will contribute to the Metrology Team and Met Cal project, focusing on the automation of calibration carts for test benches and the Metrology Lab. You will also manage and maintain KPI control boards to support our operations.
What you'll do#
- Record instrumentation data from measurement chains in test benches.
- Document collected information in the metrology database.
- Configure calibration parameters for various measurement classes.
- Test and validate automated calibration procedures.
- Optimize visual instructions.
- Collaborate with a team spanning multiple areas of expertise.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Automated Production.
- Understanding of electrical schematics, physics, and electrical concepts.
- Familiarity with basic database principles.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Working knowledge of English to understand technical instructions, plans, and drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with competing priorities.

- Location: 1000 Marie-Victorin Blvd, Longueuil, QC, Canada.
- Term: January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 38.75 hours per week, 5 days per week on-site.
- Note: This position requires a criminal background check and clearances for handling controlled goods.
