About the role#
This is a four-month internship within the after-sales customer service department. You will focus on designing and developing software tools to improve customer support and streamline problem resolution. The role is based at our Saint-Hubert facility from January 5th to April 23rd, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Study the needs of engine event managers to identify service gaps and common issues.
- Design software tools and online platforms to simplify problem resolution for customers and support teams.
- Collect feedback from users to refine and improve the tools you create.
- Generate periodic reports on tool effectiveness and monitor customer service performance.
- Develop processes and methodology to improve master data quality, including pricing and model family codes.
- Automate and improve existing reports, including using Power BI to support decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current studies in Business Administration, or Mechanical, Software, Computer, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, to handle technical terminology and international communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
