About the role#
The Contract Administration team manages the operational application of OEM customer contracts. As an intern, you will support contract administrators with order placement, SAP transactional activities, and internal customer follow-ups. You will also have the opportunity to define and complete a project tailored to your interests, such as creating a data dashboard, to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the team.
What you'll do#
- Manage order entry and adjustments.
- Support SAP activity resulting from changes to sales plans.
- Raise internal requests for manual invoices or credit notes.
- Extract reporting from customer portals and help assess the information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as supply chain, to ensure information accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing studies in Business, Economics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Work experience within business or service environments.
- Bilingual proficiency with a strong emphasis on English.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Work modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
