About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Sales & Support team at our Herndon, Virginia facility. The program runs for 12 weeks, from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work with a dedicated project mentor and present your findings to the Satair leadership team at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
Your primary project is to identify, compile, and share successful sales and support practices used by Account Directors. You will:
- Create a customer persona for various segments such as airlines, MROs, and distributors.
- Highlight and deploy improvements for cross-team sales and support.
- Provide basic weekly reporting on key highlights and lowlights.
- Support one quarterly sales meeting.
- Connect with Account Directors to understand their business objectives and sales strategies.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED and current enrollment in a university.
- A focus on Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite of products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- You must be able to work on-site in Herndon, VA for the duration of the internship.
- This role requires the ability to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $24 to $39.75 per hour, depending on your degree program and year in school.
