About the role#
This internship is part of the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. You will support cross-functional teams across multiple business units. The role focuses on corporate operations, sourcing, and strategic initiatives within a matrixed organization.
What you'll do#
- Support product and non-product sourcing, supply chain risk management, and performance analytics.
- Conduct operational and spend analysis for supply chain commodities.
- Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies.
- Participate in supplier negotiations and performance management.
- Manage business processes to support organizational goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 60 credits before the start date.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Strong data analytics skills, specifically with advanced Excel and the ability to create Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform for building apps.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, including site creation, maintenance, and permission management.
- Proven project management experience and the ability to work independently.
- A history of successful collaboration with diverse teams.
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access necessary systems.

- Modality: This is a remote position. You will work primarily from home.
- Employment: This is a paid, part-time internship.
