About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time summer internship program based in Englewood, Colorado. You will join our team from May to August 2027 to gain hands-on experience with projects that support our lunar missions. The program is designed to help you build professional skills and learn about the commercial space industry.
What you'll do#
- Support active projects, programs, and daily team activities.
- Apply your classroom knowledge to real-world business and technical challenges.
- Work alongside engineers, technical specialists, and business professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Conduct research, analysis, documentation, and testing.
- Learn about the development and operation of lunar missions.
- Present your work and accomplishments at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of college-level coursework by the start of the internship.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with plans to continue your education after the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Agile software engineering practices is a plus.
- Previous engineering internship experience, preferably in aerospace, is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Englewood, Colorado (on-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks, May to August).
- Compensation: Paid hourly at $28 per hour, plus a $300 per week housing stipend.
- Eligibility: This role requires compliance with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR).
