About the role#
This internship supports the RTX Corporate Supply Chain organization. You will work across multiple business units to assist with supply chain operations, risk management, and strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position for Summer 2027. U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
What you'll do#
- Support sourcing activities for both product and non-product categories.
- Conduct operational and spend analysis to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies.
- Participate in supplier negotiations and performance management processes.
- Assist with business process management initiatives.
- Operate within a matrixed organization to support cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Data Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours before the start of the internship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating Power BI dashboards.
- Experience building apps with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, including site creation and permission management.
- Proven project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain principles.
