About the role#
The Enterprise Services Application team is looking for an intern to support Application Transformation and Modernization initiatives. This role focuses on improving the accuracy of application data and supporting enterprise-wide modernization. You will gain exposure to IT governance frameworks and work within a professional team environment.
What you'll do#
- Collect, validate, and cleanse application inventory data for planning and reporting.
- Update and maintain the source of truth for application inventory within ServiceNow.
- Document processes, findings, and data quality issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team working sessions.
- Create data visualizations and summaries, including building basic Power BI visuals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable platform technologies.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data manipulation techniques, such as Excel formulas or Python.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Ability to document processes and summarize findings effectively.
- Experience with analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
