About the role#
This 9-week immersive summer experience allows you to engage with the core values and business operations of Raymond James. You will participate in orientation, professional development training, networking events, and a speaker series. This is a full-time, paid internship running from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support teams to plan, develop, and execute initiatives across marketing, communication, and analyst functions.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify new areas of opportunity.
- Complete projects focused on branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Prepare and present your project work to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and operate standard office equipment and software.
- Work independently on assigned tasks while meeting delivery deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore or junior standing, pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields such as economics, psychology, mathematics, philosophy, or sociology.
- A submitted cover letter expressing your interest in Raymond James Marketing.
- Knowledge of business and marketing processes, along with research and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual or hybrid team.
- Strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
