About the role#
Gemini is looking for a Brand Design Intern to join our brand team. You will work on real projects across social media, merchandise, landing pages, and email design. This role provides hands-on experience with the full design process from concept to execution. You will learn how a brand is built day to day.
What you'll do#
- Design assets for social, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Explore design directions for web and mobile experiences.
- Take direction from design leads to produce original content.
- Ideate on new concepts for email, social, and merchandise designs.
- Develop multiple creative solutions to a problem and present your thinking to the team.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an associate, bachelor, or master degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of layout, typography, hierarchy, and motion.
- Experience or interest in designing for web and mobile interfaces.
- Comfort managing your time and juggling multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- A collaborative mindset with curiosity about how design, product, and marketing work together.
Location & details#
- This is a paid internship for Winter 2027, running from January to April.
- The role is based in New York, New York.
- We use a hybrid work model. You will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
- The hourly pay rate for this role is $38 per hour.
