About the role#
The 2027 Summer Internship Program in Compliance is a 10-week immersive experience designed to introduce you to the financial services industry. You will work within an assigned business entity to support compliance efforts, monitor risks, and help ensure the firm adheres to regulatory standards. This role focuses on professional development through training, networking, and hands-on project work.
What you'll do#
- Provide support and guidance for compliance functions within your assigned business unit.
- Assist in overseeing compliance programs to ensure processes align with business requirements.
- Research complex compliance issues and regulatory mandates.
- Evaluate regulatory and business risks to make informed, rule-based decisions.
- Respond to client complaints and regulatory inquiries.
- Support policy development and implementation initiatives.
- Assist with privacy and information protection efforts.
- Work independently on assigned projects while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Use standard office equipment and software to prepare reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Junior or senior standing with a graduation date of May 2028 or December 2027.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and apply critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in researching issues and preparing written or oral presentations.
- Skill in using technology and data analytics tools to support compliance activities.
- Capacity to work under pressure on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Understanding of fundamental concepts and practices of a professional office environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

- The program runs from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
