About the role#
Radiant is hiring a Marketing & Communications Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based at our headquarters in El Segundo, California. You will work on-site to help us share our progress as we develop portable nuclear microreactors.
What you'll do#
- Draft content for our brand social media accounts.
- Write press materials like fact sheets, executive bios, press releases, and FAQ documents.
- Build content packages for major company milestones, including media talking points, investor posts, and visual assets.
- Ensure our brand voice stays consistent across our website, presentations, events, and investor materials.
- Coordinate with external creative vendors to produce video, renderings, and design assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- Previous experience in corporate communications, brand communications, or content marketing.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adjust your tone for different audiences.
- A good eye for visual design.
- Knowledge of social media best practices.
- The ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- This role is located in El Segundo, California.
- You must work on-site at our office.
- This position requires access to technology subject to U.S. export controls. Any offer is contingent on your ability to comply with these regulations.
About Radiant
Radiant produces portable nuclear microreactors. The company is based in El Segundo, California and employs between 51 and 200 people. It was founded in 2020. The firm is currently developing a 1 MW failsafe microreactor known as Kaleidos.
