About the role#
As a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern, you will join our Advisory practice to work on projects related to fraud, investigations, and regulatory enforcement. This role provides exposure to our methodologies while you support teams in helping clients manage risk and improve their compliance processes. You will work in an observational and participatory capacity to build your professional foundation.
What you'll do#
- Support teams during investigations and forensic analyses to address fraud and regulatory violations.
- Help develop and implement compliance and governance solutions for clients.
- Review and prepare legal documents to verify accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Research commercial laws and regulatory requirements to support project goals.
- Collaborate with team members to form strategies for contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3.
- Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Political Science.
