About the role#
As an Investigations and Forensics Consulting Intern, you will work within our Advisory practice to support teams handling fraud, misconduct, disputes, and regulatory matters. You will learn to apply professional standards while gaining exposure to our methodologies. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will observe experienced professionals and contribute to team projects to develop your skills in forensic accounting and financial crime investigations.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze evidence for forensic investigations involving potential fraud or misconduct.
- Participate in compliance risk assessments to identify and manage regulatory risks.
- Help develop strategies for fraud prevention and detection to mitigate financial and reputational harm.
- Use data analytics to uncover insights and support investigative processes.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Assist in providing regulatory compliance and governance solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree, typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred majors include Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
