About the role#
As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Intern, you will work on projects centered on post-merger integration and value realization. You will support advisory teams to help businesses capture synergies, optimize operations, and achieve successful integration outcomes. This role offers exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in delivering deal value services with a focus on integration and value realization.
- Analyze business processes to find opportunities for optimization and value creation.
- Assist in developing strategies for operational improvement and synergy analysis during mergers and acquisitions.
- Contribute to carve-out planning and operational separation efforts for divestiture projects.
- Collaborate with advisory consultants to provide strategic advice and due diligence support for business transactions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or the 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3 and a preferred major GPA of 3.3.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
