About the role#
This internship provides a launchpad for students pursuing a career in accounting. You will join the Assurance practice in Winnipeg for a term running from early May through mid-August 2027. This is a full-time, paid position that offers hands-on experience in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Dive into real client work to learn how businesses operate and how trust is built in the market.
- Gain exposure to market-leading AI and digital tools used in the audit process.
- Participate in meetings with firm leadership, skill-building workshops, and interactive sessions.
- Build professional relationships and contribute to work that helps clients navigate complex challenges.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in post-secondary education while working to obtain the Canadian CPA required prerequisite courses.
- Legal entitlement to work for PwC in Canada for the duration of the contract.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
