About the role#
Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital is hiring for part-time, variable shift Clinical Student Interns in Respiratory Therapy. This is a paid internship opportunity for students currently progressing through their respiratory care education.
What you'll do#
- Perform non-critical respiratory care procedures.
- Conduct arterial blood gas analysis (ABGs).
- Complete tasks under close supervision.
- Work up to the documented level of academic competence achieved in your training program.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in good standing in a Bachelor of Applied Science Respiratory Care Training Program.
- Completion of your sophomore year and the summer term RT Clinical II.
- An overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
