About the role#
As a Radiology Technologist Student at Swedish Ballard, you will gain hands-on clinical experience. You will work under the supervision of an ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist or a Radiologist to perform technical procedures and diagnostic imaging examinations.
What you'll do#
- Perform technical procedures under professional supervision.
- Apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging as prescribed.
- Take responsibility for assigned areas or specific procedures as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a formal Radiologic Technology training program.
- Washington X-Ray Technician Registration or a Washington X-Ray Technician Temporary Practice Permit.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
