About the role#
Project 26 is seeking Digital Fellows to join our in-house influencer cohort. You will work alongside our Campus Organizing Team to mobilize young voters across Pennsylvania for the 2026 elections. This is a paid, part-time fellowship requiring 15-20 hours per week. You will report directly to the Digital Organizer.
What you'll do#
- Produce and post at least 8 pieces of short-form content every week.
- Film and edit creative videos for social media and YouTube to educate and mobilize Gen-Z.
- Create static designs and graphics to engage student voters.
- Develop regional social media strategies and amplify key content.
- Mobilize on campus by filming, developing concepts, and engaging your following.
- Talk to students about the importance of the upcoming 2026 elections.
What you'll need#
- Be a Pennsylvania resident or enrolled at a Pennsylvania college or university.
- Comfort being on camera and creating content that sounds natural and organic.
- Ability to condense complex information into under a minute.
- Experience staying current with pop culture and political trends.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to think outside the box.
- Preferred experience includes Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, G-Suite, and Discord.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
- The position is hybrid, with roughly 70% of work performed online and 30% in person.
