    About the role#

    Project 26 is seeking a Content Creator Fellow to join our team in South Central Pennsylvania. This role focuses on mobilizing Gen-Z voters through digital storytelling and campus outreach. You will work alongside our organizing team to create content that educates and engages young people for the 2026 elections. This is a paid, part-time fellowship.

    What you'll do#

    • Build social media followings and engagement across platforms.
    • Film and edit short-form creative videos and YouTube content.
    • Create static designs and graphics.
    • Develop regional social media strategies to amplify key messages.
    • Produce and post at least 8 pieces of short-form content every week.
    • Mobilize students on campus and talk to them about the importance of upcoming elections.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university, or current residency in Pennsylvania.
    • Comfort appearing on camera and speaking with students in person and online.
    • Ability to create natural, organic-sounding content that avoids a scripted feel.
    • Skill in condensing complex information into short, engaging formats.
    • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • A habit of following current events, pop culture, and social media trends.
    • Flexibility and a creative approach to problem-solving.

    Location & details#

    • This is a hybrid role based in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, or Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
    • The fellowship requires 15 to 20 hours of work per week.
    • The work balance is approximately 70% online and 30% in-person.
    • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
