About the role#
Project 26 is looking for Digital Fellows to join our in-house influencer cohort. You will work alongside our Campus Organizing Team to mobilize young voters across Pennsylvania for the 2026 elections. This is a paid, part-time position where you will spend 15-20 hours per week creating content and engaging with students both online and in person.
What you'll do#
- Produce and post at least 8 pieces of short-form content every week.
- Film and edit creative videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create static designs and graphics to educate student voters.
- Develop regional social media strategies and amplify key messages.
- Build your own social media following and engagement.
- Mobilize students on your campus by developing concepts, filming, and talking to peers about the upcoming elections.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university, or residency in Pennsylvania.
- Comfort being on camera and the ability to create content that feels natural and organic.
- A strong understanding of the tone and pace required for effective short-form video.
- Ability to condense complex information into engaging, short-form content.
- Passion for political engagement and an interest in pop culture and current events.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to think creatively and adapt to new trends.
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, G-Suite, and Discord is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The position is hybrid, with a balance of roughly 70% online work and 30% in-person activity.
- This is a part-time fellowship with a rolling application process.
