About the role#
Atlas Free is looking for a Marketing Admin Intern to assist our team with administrative tasks, content creation, and project coordination. You will support our efforts to end sex trafficking by keeping our marketing operations organized and effective. This internship is unpaid, though we can work with university requirements to help you earn academic credit.
What you'll do#
- Create, update, and manage marketing documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist in designing and writing various marketing materials.
- Organize assets, coordinate tasks, and maintain project timelines.
- Update and maintain marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and audience insights.
- Support PR efforts by drafting press releases and researching media contacts.
- Track and organize media coverage.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and PR team.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clear and compelling writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- The position is based in Kirkland, Washington, with the option for remote work.
- This is a part-time internship requiring 10-15 hours per week.
- The duration of the internship is 12-15 weeks on a rolling basis.
