About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will work on-site to support the Services Program Management Teams. This role involves reviewing contractual metrics, proposals, and financial performance while working across different internal departments.
What you'll do#
- Support Services PMT teams in reviewing customer contractual metrics, proposals, and financial performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with internal groups such as program teams, service center operations, SIOP, and customer support.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Advanced degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, MIS, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access necessary systems.
