About the role#
As an Information Systems Engineer Intern on the Test Environment Support Administration team, you will support test equipment integration, security consultation, and system maintenance. You will work with both modern and legacy systems to ensure test integrity and availability across multiple programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, Arizona.
What you'll do#
- Develop cybersecurity-compliant test equipment.
- Install, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and custom applications.
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate test equipment into controlled networks.
- Work with the Cybersecurity team to ensure equipment compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to verify that system changes do not impact test integrity or availability.
- Support technical reviews required before implementing changes to test equipment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a STEM field, with Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate standing by the start date.
- Experience with systems administration in Linux, Networking, or Windows environments.
- Background in user account management, software installation, and technical customer support.
- An active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance is required, including the ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Preferred Qualifications: 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials, experience with Linux desktop and server environments, and troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows and Linux systems.
