About the role#
Pratt & Whitney is seeking engineering interns for the Rig and Engine Test group. This position is based in Jupiter, Florida, and focuses on the mechanical systems that enable successful test execution for gas turbine engines. You will work directly with engineering and operations teams to support hands-on test activities.
What you'll do#
- Support mechanical design or analysis tasks.
- Manage projects related to mechanical, civil, or electrical systems.
- Write and validate technical procedures.
- Monitor tests and provide support for test programs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or PhD program in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
