About the role#
As a Real Estate Banking Intern, you will participate in a 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in the financial services industry. You will work alongside the relationship team and senior management to support core business functions. This role serves as a pipeline for the Corporate and Institutional Banking Development Program. You will gain exposure to acquisition, construction, and permanent financing, as well as traditional banking services like cash management and capital market solutions.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations for loan underwriting, including portfolio administration and periodic reviews.
- Assist with sales functions by conducting client research, performing pre-call planning, and preparing pitchbooks.
- Participate in social learning activities, such as job shadowing, mentoring, and networking with business representatives.
- Support internal projects and group activities related to loan documentation and fulfillment.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a bachelor degree with junior class status.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is required.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site or hybrid, depending on manager discretion.
