About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time internship program within the Retail Product Innovation organization. You will gain hands-on experience with the strategic side of banking products, from identifying customer needs to final deployment. The program includes a comprehensive learning curriculum, mentorship, and opportunities to build an executive presence while working on real-world banking problems.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program with exposure to a specific line of business.
- Collaborate with fellow interns to deliver a final capstone project that solves a real customer need.
- Network with leaders in product management, digital design, technology, and operations.
- Learn the end-to-end product lifecycle and how business changes impact the firm, customers, and shareholders.
- Apply your academic knowledge to support core business activities and drive results.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status working toward a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Majors including Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Logistics, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
