About the role#
The Corporate Advisory & Banking (CAB) group provides corporate finance advice and capital to privately held businesses. As an intern, you will join a team of finance professionals who act as partners to clients navigating various business lifecycle stages. This program offers exposure to capital support and advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
What you'll do#
- Perform company and industry research.
- Build models and perform valuation analyses.
- Support the development of client presentations that assess business growth, industry insights, and strategic alternatives.
- Conduct financial statement analysis and monitor collateral.
- Underwrite new and existing credits.
- Structure credit facilities.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status in college, entering your senior year in the fall of 2027.
- A background in and passion for finance, business, or investing.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong interest in business and general market trends.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Sound judgment with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
- Capability to prioritize competing demands.
- A demonstrated passion for teamwork.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including multi-sheet analysis and complex data linking.
