About the role#
The Investment Data & Analytics team provides accurate data and research to support the Managed Investment Business. As an intern, you will contribute to the cross-asset investment reporting environment and help develop solutions that support investment and risk management decisions.
What you'll do#
- Create and redesign reporting solutions for a whole portfolio view.
- Build flexible and functional dashboards by working directly with end users.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to provide trusted data on the cross-asset investment portfolio.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to replace manual processes.
- Analyze data concepts and structures to assist with data migration and validation across multiple environments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting program.
- Technical aptitude with Excel spreadsheets and data models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Competency in finance and mathematics.
- High level of personal initiative and accountability with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with people at all levels.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and data management is desirable.
- Enrollment in an investment program is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The program runs from June 2027 through August 2027.
- Candidates must be local to Milwaukee for the duration of the summer.
- Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
