    About the role#

    The Investment Research Group (IRG) summer internship provides early insight into the firm's three-year analyst program. Interns support the team in manager selection, asset allocation, risk management, and broader investment decisions. You will work within a group that manages approximately $60 billion in assets for high-net-worth, endowment, and foundation clients. This is a 10-week, full-time, on-site program designed to immerse you in the firm's investment process and culture.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct due diligence on prospective managers and monitor existing ones.
    • Perform financial analysis on both prospective and current managers.
    • Participate in on-site and virtual meetings with managers globally.
    • Communicate with team members to deliver quarterly and annual materials.
    • Assist in creating market commentary for internal and external recipients.
    • Develop materials outlining the team's investment views for internal committees and clients.
    • Contribute to the mission of delivering investment excellence.

    What you'll need#

    • Current junior in college, entering senior year in the fall of 2027.
    • Major in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
    • Strong academic achievement with a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including multi-sheet analysis and advanced formulas.
    • Understanding of the asset management industry and security markets, specifically equities and fixed income.
    • Exceptional quantitative analytic capabilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership through academic or extracurricular activities.
    • Ability to think creatively, prioritize competing demands, and resolve problems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
