About the role#
The Service Delivery Internship is a 10-week summer program based in Boston. You will join the operational engine behind our global banking activities. This role provides a perspective on how we deliver service excellence to clients while working alongside industry leaders. You will participate in a team environment, engage in professional development workshops, and contribute to a high-visibility team project.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business leaders to deliver insights and information to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage high-volume financial transactions while meeting critical deadlines.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and escalate findings.
- Communicate with internal and external clients and counterparties to resolve issues.
- Contribute to department and firm-wide process improvement activities.
- Work with large data sets to uncover meaningful insights and inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a team project and present recommendations to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current junior in college, entering your senior year in Fall 2027.
- Background in and passion for Business, Innovation and Design, or Project Management.
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic or extracurricular activities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, both independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgment and the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to analyze business processes to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience or interest in working with large quantities of information for analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables.
- Passion and intellectual curiosity for learning and generative AI tools.
