About the role#
As a Tax Solutions Group Intern, you will be treated as an entry-level staff member, contributing directly to client projects and business solutions. You will gain exposure to tax consulting and service lines while working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth and development.
What you'll do#
- Focus on projects related to cost segregation, fixed asset recovery, capitalization analysis, and R&D tax credits.
- Work directly with clients to identify and resolve tax-related issues as they emerge.
- Maintain a current understanding of tax regulations, administrative pronouncements, and incentives that impact clients.
- Assist clients in ensuring proper documentation of credits and deductions in accordance with IRS regulations.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and internal staff through networking and business development activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master's degree in accounting or tax.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- On track to complete the requisite degree and credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of obtaining licensure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented, leadership-focused capacity.

- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Term: Rolling applications.
- Note: This is a non-exempt position that may require travel and work hours exceeding 40 hours per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
