About the role#
Phillips Edison & Company is hiring a Customer Experience Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are looking for current undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Support the Customer Experience team in meeting sales compliance goals.
- Help our Neighbors (tenants) adopt and use the sales module software.
- Train small business owners on the sales submission process.
- Input monthly sales figures into the MRI platform.
- Provide administrative support for the Tenant Improvement Allowance process, including tasks like saving packets and performing lien searches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship term.
- Strong organizational habits and close attention to detail.
- A flexible approach to problem solving and a willingness to take action.
- Patience when teaching new processes to others.
