About the role#
As a Packaging Engineer Co-op, you will support packaging projects by working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations. You will help balance and prioritize workloads to support timely product launches and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, testing, troubleshooting, spec creation, and validation of medical device packaging.
- Ensure product integrity and safety throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure packaging meets all regulatory and quality requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to recommend improvements to packaging solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in medical device packaging and product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A basic understanding of packaging design principles and material science.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- This position is located in Plymouth, Minnesota.
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- The term begins in Winter 2027.
- This is a paid position.
