About the role#
We are looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our Image Guided Therapy Devices team for the summer of 2027. You will work on the IVUS Clinical Imaging Application, helping our engineers design, build, and test software that supports healthcare providers. This is a paid, full-time position based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to define and scope your project tasks for the summer.
- Write, test, and analyze code for the IVUS application.
- Learn our current software development infrastructure.
- Participate in agile scrum and SAFe ceremonies as a team member.
- Complete all required training for regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Present your work and accomplishments at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, C#, or Python.
- A basic understanding of agile development methods and source control tools like GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and technical writing abilities.
- Ability to work on-site at our Plymouth, MN office.

- This role is based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid summer internship.
