About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience within our Supplier Quality Engineering department. You will work on-site in Murrysville, Pennsylvania, for a 6-month term during Winter or Summer 2027. This is a full-time, paid role focused on supporting departmental operations and continuous improvement goals.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day strategic, operational, and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with departmental processes.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to support ongoing projects.
- Analyze project data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and document decisions and action items.
- Manage and maintain departmental records, documentation, and essential files.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering degree program, specifically Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills to review data and use insights for decision-making.
- Ability to understand procedures, translate them into requirements, and identify process improvements.
- A curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to learn technical and operational processes quickly.
- Interest in operational efficiency, process improvement, and implementing new tools.
- Clear organizational skills for handling documentation, training content, and project deliverables.

- Location: Murrysville, Pennsylvania. You must reside in or within commuting distance of this site.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
