About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our supply chain organization. You will work alongside professionals to learn how materials, suppliers, and internal partners coordinate to support manufacturing operations. This role offers exposure to various supply chain disciplines and the chance to contribute to projects that improve efficiency and business results.
What you'll do#
- Focus on materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Analyze business processes and support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to projects that drive efficiency.
- Build skills in problem solving, data analysis, and project management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related major.
- Strong academic standing.
- Demonstrated leadership or teamwork through campus organizations, work, athletics, or volunteer activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly.
- Experience leading projects from planning through execution is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Pella, Iowa (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (end of May through early August).
- Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- This is a full-time position.
- A post-offer background check and drug screen are required. Pella is a tobacco-free work environment.
