About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Supply Chain and Purchasing departments at White Cap. You will work under general supervision to support business initiatives, process improvements, and functional projects. This is a full-time, paid position based in Atlanta.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data to produce findings and draw conclusions.
- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to management, both orally and in writing.
- Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvements.
- Communicate roadblocks and issues related to your specific areas of responsibility.
- Assist in research or special projects as needed to support business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong skills in communication, time management, and organization.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data effectively.
- A genuine interest in learning about supply chain strategy and distribution center operations.
- A High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.

- Travel: May require overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
